Mahaparivartan Andolan is a mission to create awareness among masses of Bihar to bring back the glory of the land of Emperor Ashoka, Philosopher and ideologue Chanakya and spiritual leaders like Lord Budha and Lord Mahavir. Presently Bihar is riven with caste identities and Political divisions and afflicted with Poverty, illiteracy and lack of basic human necessities. Bihar has become a factory of labours and wage earners, devoid of any industrial and trade activities. Basic amenities are sub human, villages are still in primitive age and people acutely divided on caste and community considerations. Samajik Chetna Abhiyan is a non Political social movement with an objective to strengthen the villages by casteless voting in elections and socioeconomic regeneration by reaching out to every village.
The Philosopher and source of inspiration of this mission is Shri Vinoy Kumar Singh- EX DIG STF Bihar. He has written a book “Is it Police” with its background in Bihar which has delineated his brutal opinion about Police and relevance of Governance.
